Return and Refund Policy

All Vatic Regime items are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of preference.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

We will replace or refund items only if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

To request help with an order issue, contact us at vaticregime@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your request is approved, we will provide the next steps for a replacement or refund.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the condition received. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these requirements.

Vatic Regime is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
